Harvest Moon: Back to Nature

BAND: Ossein
COUNTRY: United States of America
ALBUM: Declination
GENRE: Atmospheric / Experimental / Black Metal / Post-Rock (IMO)

Notes:
I've seen a rise in Farmer/Liberal Black Metal discussion lately, mainly by people who are mislead as to what Black Metal is.

So I decided to post this little gem. A band 3 years younger than their Cherry Picking counterparts and one that is very enjoyable as far as opinions go.

The band is VERY original and isn't one that would rip their Wisconsin (Correct me if I'm wrong) Bonfire marshmallow eating counterpart Wolves in the Throne Room, but there certainly are a few influence here and there and if you've never heard of WitTR you'd think that these guys do it better than WitTR.

They also have the same Ideals (If you're into Musical Ideologies) They're both Leftists or somesort... Yeah, just thought I'd throw that in there..

Yadda Yadda Yadda insert more text that no one would read...

Oh, I tried to find my high res album pic but failed so forgive me, guys. Have their band pic and logo instead.

EDIT: The post below this awesome btw, so check it out.

Klimt 1918 - Just In Case We'll Never Meet Again

Artist: Klimt 1918
Genre: Shoegaze/Atmospheric Rock
Country: Italy

Klimt 1918@Metal Archives

The latest release from the band finds them exploring more "wall of sound" type soundscapes, attempting new things with distorted atmospheres but keeping the same nostalgic slight sadness to the whole deal. A wonderful album with wondrous movement.

SubArachnoid Space - Almost Invisible

Band: SubArachnoid Space
Genre: Psychedelic Rock
Country: USA

An amazing album of dark and atmospheric psych-rock, at times almost oceanic in depth, perfect for getting lost in. Its sounds are incomparable to anything I've heard as of late. Absolute perfection. All 6 tracks of this album are live sessions, adding to the mystique and wonder of the music.

Be lost.

Kingdom - Kingdom

Band: Kingdom
Country: Belgium
Album: s/t demo
Year: 2008
Genre: Atmospheric Sludge/Hardcore/Drone

Alrighty. If the artwork somehow looked familiar to some people, good on ya, because this band is a side-project of three Amenra members.

Evoke.

Notes:
I got this on a whim, see I have this weird thing with Album covers, and Moving Mountain's certainly caught my attention. and let me tell you that I am glad I took the liberty to get this. This is simply one of the best Post-Rock albums I have ever heard. How do I feel when I listen to this? please refer to post title.
A must have.

If I said anything that is out of place, please disregard it, It's too early in the morn, I haven't sleep yet and I'm not thinking straight...

Lifescapes Compilations - World Flutes

Artist: Various
Location: United States
Genre: Ethnic Flute Music

A compilation of relaxing and ambient flute music from around the world. While the compilation only features one Native American tune, to my dismay, on the whole every song is quite good and worth a listen.
