Notes:

You know that Hardcore/Jazz/Noise band named Midori? Gauge Means Nothing is pretty similar to that one except that they play Screamo and still retain a non random way of playing their instruments, as opposed to Midori (Noise, DUH? facepalm)

You can expect the squeaky japanese school girl vocals in this one too and I actually prefer this one over Mdori's, but both are good either way.

Also, the album almost have this Post-Rock approach, but isn't deserving of the title IMO.

Awesome Screamo band from the Philippines.

Fucking relentless and full of energy while maintaining a melodic touch.

I've only heard a few Power Violence mixed Screamo bands (Or Emo Violence) in my lifetime so I'm not really sure what band to compare this one with.

Choke Their Rivers With Our Dead

North Carolina crust punk/sludge act Choke Their Rivers With Our Dead. This was a limited release, from a summer tour they did a while back. CTRWOD was made out of several hardcore bands out of NC, and I gotta say I fucking love it. I'm particularly fond of I Came Out Of North Carolina Flying. The vocals are fucking great, female fronted, there's only 4 tracks, but it's definitely worth it. This band is constantly on my sludge play lists and compilations. They're splendid.

I'll keep this short and simple. Amazing Screamo (with some Post Rock influences) band from Belgium. They can be described as being in the same vein of Et Tu Brute, La Quiete, & others. In other words, they have a very melodic chaotic sound to them with instrumental interludes between songs. Good shit guys.
