Khanate - Clean Hands Go Foul
This is Khanate's latest and possibly final output. It's not quite as lengthy as you might expect, clocking in at little over thirty-five minutes of actual music, as the last track is more of a ... very minimal jam. Clean Hands Go Foul depicts perfectly how a band evolves over the years. As opposed to their self-titled debut which was unrelenting and in-your-face, this album seems rather ... subtle?

Anyway, Sanguis Imperem is a mid-paced Death Metal band from California.
The overall EP gives you a Militaristic / Totalitarian feel or atmosphere, pretty cool really especially for a fairly new band.

Before Ohlin's suicide, Aarseth's murder, years before Vikernes' trial, before Faust killed a Homo, two decades before Gaahl stepped out of the closet, before the the Church burnings in Norway and before the following in Norway itself bloomed, There was a band from Brazil along with three others that pioneered their own scene. That band was Sarcofago.
Black Metal nerds often brag about the digital copies of their Grim Frostbitten Norwegian bands and how kvlt and tr00 they are by listening to bands like Mayhem, Gorgoroth, Emperor and Burzum (Not that these bands are bad, in fact the said bands are amazing) without even knowing the Hellish bands from latin america.
Sarcofago might not be as notorious as Mayhem, but they had their fair shares of hooligan actions. Years before the Norwegian scene burned churches and were killing each other, Sarcofago were busy stealing Brazil's Virgin Mary statues (No one knows what they did with it)
and pissing on the grave of Jesus of Nazareth.
Wagner Lamounier was Sepultura's old vocalist and from what I've heard, his butthurtness over that shit was the reason that he formed Sarcofago, and he definitely proved that he (band) can be better than Sepultura. Now he's a professor of Economic Sciences in some Brazilian university me thinks.
Sarcofago is one of the bands that pioneered the modern Latin American BM along with bands like Chakal, Holocausto and Mutilator.

Oh, look, Screamo from good ole Japan

Notes:
You know that Hardcore/Jazz/Noise band named Midori? Gauge Means Nothing is pretty similar to that one except that they play Screamo and still retain a non random way of playing their instruments, as opposed to Midori (Noise, DUH? facepalm)
You can expect the squeaky japanese school girl vocals in this one too and I actually prefer this one over Mdori's, but both are good either way.
Also, the album almost have this Post-Rock approach, but isn't deserving of the title IMO.

Notes:
Awesome Screamo band from the Philippines.
Fucking relentless and full of energy while maintaining a melodic touch.
I've only heard a few Power Violence mixed Screamo bands (Or Emo Violence) in my lifetime so I'm not really sure what band to compare this one with.

Like Drone Razors Through Flesh Sphere - D.R.O.N.E.R.E.X.I.A
LDRTFS is a rather elusive band, which fits its entirety of concept and music. Rather unknown, whoever is behind it has released several full-lengths already. I can't comment on them, since I have not experienced them yet, unfortunately. I would like to make a comment on this particular (and peculiar) album, too, but I think that would ruin part of the magic. Slow, rumbling drones, sparse percussion, captivating layers. Heavy ambient, play loud.
